The Mill Tye Gallery is set by the idyllic River Stour in Great Cornard, just outside the centre of the historic market town of Sudbury, Suffolk. The historic mill building has spectacular views across the river Stour and water meadows for several miles beyond.
Mill Tye Gallery host regular exhibitions of local contemporary artists, printmakers, sculptors and potters. The aim is to celebrate new talent and provide a platform for undiscovered artists from across the region.
Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, the Stour Valley has been portrayed by artists John Constable and Thomas Gainsborough, and as such, the area is renowned as a hub for talented creatives. We are now delighted to be playing our part in the Suffolk art scene. Your visit to the Stour Valley and Sudbury would not be complete without a visit to Mill Tye Gallery. In addition to parking near the gallery there is a walk from the main Sudbury Car parks across the meadows to Mill Tye. Join nature and art in one visit!
