Care UK, South Suffolk Leisure and the Hadleigh Dementia Action Alliance are working in partnership to support local resident Jerry Thatcher to organise a Sudbury Memory Walk. The aim of the event if to raise awareness and understanding of Dementia and to mark the memory of those that we love and wish to remember. The event is FREE to all walkers of any age.
