A showcase for Sudbury’s top artists
July 2016 sees the return of the popular Sudbury Summer Art Show which is held by the Sudbury Society. Following a very successful show in 2014, this year the exhibition will take that same format featuring artwork by invited professional and semi-professional local artists.
Display space is limited to around 50 artists who will have the opportunity to showcase their work in St Peter’s church in the centre of Sudbury for one week only. Work on display will include paintings, pottery, printmaking, mosaics and more. Most work will be for sale.
The Sudbury Summer Art Show runs from Tuesday 19th July until Sunday 24th July 2016 inclusive. Entry to the show is free and refreshments are available. Make time to drop in to enjoy some of the best art in the region and meet the artists, many of whom will be manning the exhibition.
